When you buy an industrial CNC router or any other machine from CanCam, it always comes with a full year of warranty coverage from the day it’s delivered. Your warranty is included, no forms, no enrollment, or sign up is required. This means that if a part fails because of a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace it at no charge. Our warranty is valid alongside manufacturer warranties and ensures you’ll have peace of mind throughout your first year of operation.

What’s Covered Under My Warranty?
Our warranty is comprehensive and covers defects in materials or workmanship for one year from your date of delivery. Manufacturers warranties on any component also remain valid alongside our warranty. Beyond materials, our warranty covers shipping errors, installment errors, or missing parts within the first 30 days. If an issue is on us, it will be covered by warranty when you let us know in writing within 30 days of delivery.
What is Not Covered Under Warranty?
Though we are always available to support you with any concerns related to your machine, it is important to note that the following is not covered under warranty.
- Normal wear and tear, consumables, or accidental damage
- Misuse, improper setup, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modification
- Repairs, disassembly, or safety changes made by anyone other than a CanCam-authorized technician
- Aftermarket software, tooling, or accessories not sold by CanCam
- Used or exchanged machines (separate limited warranty document applies)
What Happens When I Need Help with an Out of Warranty Machine?
After your first year is up, you can keep discounted rates and extend your coverage through a CanCam Advantage service contract or pay standard rates as needed. We offer warranty options to extend for years 2-3 and 4-7 to ensure that you have long-term access to support when you need it.

The CanCam Advantage 2.0 is a monthly membership that supports the daily operations of your business. Priced to your machine, at roughly 0.5% of machine value/month, this membership offers a variety of benefits including warranty protections and discounts on consumables. Earned Warranty – Every year on the plan earns the next year of coverage, up to 5 years parts & labour. This benefit is never sold on its own and can only be earned by continued membership. Leaving the plan stops the clock on earned benefits and rejoining requires a paid inspection to restart the plan at zero.
Annual PM Visit – Membership includes one onsite visit a year. At that time, a CanCam tech inspects, calibrates, and delivers a written health report for your machine. Your annual visit helps to catch issues before significant, production-stopping issues occur.
Consumables Discount – Your membership includes 15% off tooling, bits, nozzles, lenses, and accessories. For a shop spending $500/mo. on consumables, this discount alone can cover a significant portion of your monthly fee.
Priority Treatment – Your membership ensures you’ll always be front of the line in the support queue. Additionally, you’ll benefit from $0.50/km mileage instead of $0.85/km, and benefit from 20% off labor for anything not covered by your warranty.
